Quick speech on rules and having fun1:20 Start events-(10 min ea, allowing 2 min to get to next event)

- Top three overall participant scores of each level:
- Wolves,
- Bears,
- Webelos I,
- Webelos II
- Participation Certificates for Siblings
- First place medal for each event
- Patches for all boys
- Thanking all volunteers
- Extinguishing of torch
- Retiring of colors
- The scouts will compete based on their rank. (i.e. Wolves against Wolves etc...).
- Each den is asked to design a T-shirt for their den to wear during the competition.
- Hotdogs and Hamburgers will be provided, but any side dishes and desserts are provided by each den. Each den should notify Angela by May 16th, 2002 about food that they will bring to the event.
- Volunteers are needed for he events and should contact Angela by May 16th, 2002.
- Scouts will be able to work on their physical fitness belt loop and pin during this event.
- ** Families would need to bring chairs, blankets, etc for their own comfort.
- Families will be responsible for their own ice, coolers, additional foods per den.
